To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by 2:00pm the day before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee after the second occurrence and will require a card to be on file after the first. For consultations, a card on file will be required at time of scheduling and a fee will be incurred upon the first occurrence, since this is an uncharged appointment. Please ask to view our full, written policy for clarification. If you are late to your appointment by 10 or more minutes, it will be at the discretion of the clinic if we are able to accommodate and see you or if a reschedule will be required. Late fees apply in such scenarios.
